Leite Automation Inc. celebrates 15 years of business.
Leite Automation Inc. was founded by Nelson Leite in 1996 out of a 600 sq ft facility in North Waterloo. Since then the company has grown to 20,000 sq ft and caters to companies around the world. "We've seen good times and bad and have been fortunate to make it through a challenging economy with a very bright future ahead of us" said Mr. Leite. The company has plans for an open house and birthday celebration in May of this year.

Leite Automation Inc. receives the "Award of Excellence" for support of Technological Education
The Waterloo Regional District School Board presented Nelson Leite of Leite Automation Inc. with their Award of Excellence for outstanding support and contributions towards Technological Education and the OYAP program. "Mr. Leite's efforts go above and beyond the expectations of this program" said Chuck Stemmler, department head at B.C.I. in Kitchener. "Leite Automation Inc. has always been a strong supporter of Co-Op education especially at the Secondary School level where students need our support the most" said Mr.Leite. Leite Automation Inc. will continue supporting student programs through the Separate School board and the Public board as well as Conestoga College, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Leite Automation Inc. announces the launch of a sister company.
Leite Automation Inc. is both pleased and excited to announce the launch of Leite Industrial Technologies Group Inc. (L.I.T.G inc.). The group was created to handle a growing demand for high tech turnkey manufacturing facilities. The group will perform all tasks from project management, Process Flow creation to deign and build of production lines and commissioning of entire manufacturing facilities. The group is looking forward to a strong opening quarter with plans expand globally in over the next five years.
